Flitescooter eFoil First Ride: This $13K Hydrofoil Meant for Amateurs Is a Rough Ride

Recently, I had the opportunity to try out the Flitescooter eFoil, a high-end hydrofoil meant for beginners and amateurs. Priced at $13,000, this electric-powered watercraft promises an exhilarating ride over the waves.

However, my first experience with the Flitescooter eFoil was far from smooth sailing. As a novice hydrofoil rider, I struggled to balance on the board and stay afloat. The controls were sensitive and required precise movements to maintain stability.

Despite the initial challenges, I eventually managed to get the hang of it and was able to glide gracefully over the water. The feeling of flying above the waves was truly exhilarating, and I can see why so many people are drawn to hydrofoiling.

Overall, the Flitescooter eFoil is a high-quality watercraft that delivers an exciting and unique riding experience. However, it may not be suitable for complete beginners due to its steep learning curve and high price tag.
